Ginga Privé is dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a refund or exchange, we must receive your item within 14 days of the date on the invoice/receipt. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and the cost of shipping the return is liable by the customer and is non-refundable.
To return an item, simply follow the steps below:
- Step 1: Repackage your unwanted item(s) with all Ginga Privé and designer tags attached and the original packaging included. Mail your return using the carrier of your choice within 14 days of receipt.
- Step 2: Fill in the returns form indicating which item(s) you are returning and the reason(s) for your return. For exchanges, please indicate the desired size/colour. Enclose it in your package.
- Step 3: Send the item(s) with the returns form back to us at Ginga Privé LTD: 5 Mackeson Road, NW3 2LU, London, UK. We recommend using a tracked delivery service as Ginga Privé cannot accept responsibility for any items we did not ship.
- Step 4: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange and send you an email confirmation.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers and, they are always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made.
We recommend you contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org to place your exchange on hold, so it does not sell out whilst we await your package.
Items should be returned new, unworn and undamaged with all Ginga Privé and designer tags attached and the original packaging included. Returns that are damaged, marked or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Swimwear: try these styles on over your underwear and make sure that the adhesive hygiene strip is not removed.
Accessories: these must be returned in their branded boxes and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
Bags: note that dark items of clothing can transfer dye onto light-coloured bags. Please be careful if you're still deciding whether you want to keep the item as discoloured products will be considered damaged.
Final sale items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Items postmarked after 30 days of the original invoice/receipt date will not be accepted.
